Looking at the data for Elkhart, IN Housing Market, we can see that in July 2021 the average home price increased $30,000 compared to one year ago. The average sales price was nearly $232,000 compared to $202,000 last year. This results in a 15% growth in home values across Elkhart, IN in just one year.
Average days on market is just under two weeks at 13 days. Homes are selling fast due to low inventory of supply and lots of buyers looking to relocate. As a result of low inventory, there has been a slow down in number of homes sold with just 107 homes selling in July 2021 compared to 153 sales that occurred in July 2020.
